Bhd) The company activity in 1993 was involve in Restaurant Business in Pusat Bandar Damansara Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. Waffle House Restaurant cater for the western food and Ala Cart Thai Foods. On 20th October 1999 L'Shira Food Industries (M) Sdn Bhd become the subsidiary of T'res Chic Holdings Sdn Bhd and food business diversified to food packaging business. L'Shira Food Industries (M) Sdn Bhd started its first packaging operation for dry food in Jeli Kelantan (Malaysia) for groceries shop with the product brand name L'Shira.

At start, L'Shira focused only the neighboring countries i.e. Thailand, Singapore, Brunei, Indonesia, & Philippine. After the strong appreciation L'Shira focused it attention towards the worldwide export of Palm Oil Related Products.
